Coach McCleary's coaching and playing careers have and continue to span the globe. She recently coached the 2009 England World Cup Team in Prague, Czech Republic. Prior to this Cup, McCleary was the Head Coach of the German National Program, where she helped the German Squad to nine European Cups and and two World Cups. In 2000, Germnay advanced to the World Cup for the first time.

McCleary has conducted camps and clinics in Canada, Denmark, England, Germany, and Japan. In addition to her commitment on the field, she has served on committees for the IFWLA and as a delegate Germany at the IFWLA (International Federation of Women's Lacrosse Association) annual meetings. In 2006, as result of her dedication and success, McCleary received the IFWLA Recognition Award.

She has coached at several Division I schools including the University of California - Berkeley, James Madison University, and the University of Delaware. While at JMU,
McCleary helped the Dukes win the Colonial Athletic Conference and reach the NCAA Tournament Elite 8 in 2004. Also in 2004, She also coached a JMU Tewaaraton Trophy Finalist, CAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player, and WomensLacrosse.com All-Rookie Team member. McCleary has coached numerous players who have competed elite teams such as the U.S. Elite Team, U.S.
Developmental Team, and the 2009 and 2005 Canadian World Cup Teams.

While McCleary was at the University of Delaware won three consecutive America East Conference Championships (1997, 1998, and 1999) and in 2000, the Blue Hens earned their first NCAA Tournament berth since 1984.

The Baltimore, Maryland native was a two-time All-American midfielder. McCleary also competed on the international scene when she participated in the International Friendship Games in Tokyo, Japan. McCleary's list of accomplishments and accolades is a direct result of her love for the game.

We are a full service organization offering camps, clinics, a club program, events, and tournaments.
