CLUB TEAM
STICK WITH IT! Lacrosse is proud to announce our Club Program this summer. SWI will offer both a high school and middle school program. Our high school division welcomes the classes of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. YES graduating seniors (2012) are welcome to not only participate in practice but compete in a tournament (Cascade Cup), we are the only club that allows seniors once they have graduating, come join us! Our middle school division is for players in grades 5th-8th. Players in each division will be grouped according to caliber of play, coach ability, and attitude.
OUR GOAL is to enhance the lives of females by promoting and maintaining the integrity of women's lacrosse, while aiding in the development and building the character of the female athlete. We provide a competitive environment with consistent, positive feedback for players, who want to take their game to the next level. Our staff shares a passion for women's lacrosse and engages in mentoring female athletes while providing them with the tools to use on and off the field that will be applicable to their lives now and in the future. We are proud to offer a holistic approach to club lacrosse. STICK WITH IT! is not just our name, but our motto, as well as our state of mind, which players can adopt now and maintain for life.
OUR ELITE COACHING STAFF includes former World Cup and collegiate coaches as well as Division I players, including: Amy McCleary (World Cup Coach, Division I Collegiate Coach), Scott Corso (California High School and former Offensive Coordinator at the University of Redlands), Jessica Paige (St. Francis High School: Mountain View and former collegiate defender,) Rachael Martinez (UC Davis '11), Christy Sutherland (Skidmore College '15), to name a few.
All players who sign-up with SWI will receive a practice wear pack (t-shirt, reversible, and shorts) along with instruction at all our trainings. The cost of participation depends on which team a player is placed as different tournaments are attended per team. (Each tournament is a separate fee).
